1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Sunrise MF provides the following services as an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor:

• Distribution of mutual fund schemes of various AMCs empanelled with us.
• Assistance with KYC, account opening, SIP registration, and transaction processing.
• Financial education, general investment information, and goal-based guidance.
• Facilitation of insurance products and tax consultation services.

Note: We are a Mutual Fund Distributor, not a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser (RIA). Our recommendations may constitute distribution activity and are subject to applicable commissions from AMCs.

3. Investment Risk Disclosure

All mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. The following risks apply:

• Returns are not guaranteed. NAV (Net Asset Value) can go up or down.
• Past performance of any fund is not indicative of future performance.
• Equity funds are subject to higher volatility than debt funds.
• ELSS funds have a mandatory 3-year lock-in period.
• All calculators on our website provide estimates only and should not be relied upon as guarantees.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete personal and financial information for KYC and investment purposes.
• Read all scheme-related documents (SID, SAI, KIM) before investing.
• Take independent financial decisions; our guidance does not substitute for your own judgment.
• Inform us of any changes to your KYC details (address, bank account, contact information).
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering.

5. Website Use

Our website and its content (text, graphics, calculators, articles) are for informational purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without our written permission. All calculator results are indicative estimates and not investment advice.

6. Fees & Commissions

As an AMFI Registered Distributor, we receive trail commissions from AMCs on assets under distribution. These commissions do not result in any additional charges to you as an investor — they are paid by the AMC from the Total Expense Ratio (TER) of the fund. We maintain full transparency and disclose commission rates on request.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sunrise MF shall not be liable for any investment losses, market losses, or consequential damages arising from your investment decisions. Our role is limited to facilitating transactions and providing general financial education. All investment decisions are made by you as the investor.

8. Grievance Redressal

If you have any grievance regarding our services, please contact us at sunconnect01@sunassociates.in. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and resolve it within 30 days. If unresolved, you may escalate to AMFI's investor grievance portal at scores.gov.in.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
